The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

The arbitration requirement applies to all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, including but not limited to:

Course purchases, refund requests, or payment obligations under Section 4 (Payment Terms and Refund Policy).
Issues related to the use of Services, content access, or account management.
Claims concerning limitations of liability or indemnification under Sections 9 and 10.

13.4. Exceptions

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, where necessary to protect rights, enforce intellectual property, or preserve assets pending arbitration.

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid.
